These monthly sessions represent and describe the healing action structure "The Way Home - To Your True Self." Participants will be able to connect to their own "True Inner Home", which is an autonomous center within us, where we are natural, real, safe, spontaneous, creative and true. This is a space in which we can safely and naturally grow, change, be loved and accepted as we are. At times it would be challenging to find this Way Home.
Therefore, we need to start from one place and move to another only when the inner space explored by us ceases to be foggy, dark or freezing. When we can enlighten and warm one room in our Inner Home, it is safe for us to move forward.
At these monthly sessions, we will focus on one room / space at a time.
We will begin with a one-hour conversation, where Vlada Zapesotsky will present the participants with her research and discoveries.
The second part of the session will include guided imagery, an art project or psychodrama techniques that will allow everyone to get the feeling, shape, image, experience of their own inner room and connect to the natural and safe space of the True Inner Home.
We meet every last Wednesday of the month for 2.5 hours, from 7.30-10 pm.
You can participate in all the series or join one of the sessions.
Minimum of 5 participants is required. No previous experience is necessary!
Fee: 65$ per session.
