This hands-on workshop will give you a special opportunity to explore and express your creativity through painting in a safe and quiet space, where you’ll have no restrictions, external criticism, or judgment. The only emphasis in on the painting process and what arises from it, therefore, no final product is expected. The experiment with paint can ignite self-discoveries, awaken playfulness and joy, a range of emotions, and at times, even a new perspective on life itself. And, it can provide a great outlet for daily stress and anxiety.
· The class is held in a small group setting. The session starts and ends with a sharing circle No experience is needed, just the willingness to show up with an open mind.
· All materials are provided, just bring a smock or big old shirt to protect your clothes.
· Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the workshop begins, to allow a prompt start.
